Losing my father & watching my normally strong stepmother seem vulnerable has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Orlando & Stevie were so compassionate & accomodating that they made this difficult & complicated process flow so smoothly with no pressure to spend above our means while still providing a quality tribute to our loved one. It felt like a friend was helping us make decisions & Stevie’s patience & knowledge allowed us to leave confident that our decisions were sound & we were sending my father off in the manner he deserved & would have approved of. Excellent service! My gratitude is boundless for their assistance during a most difficult time.

PLATT'S IS THE BEST!! My father recently passed away and I live in Illinois. My sister, stepmother and I went to Platt's funeral home to make my dad's final arrangements. I will say that being out of state, I was worried my sister and I wouldn't be able to say our final good-byes in our own way. Stevie is the most kind and caring human being I have ever met. She went out of her way to help us with all of our requests and needs. She was and still is available to me whenever I contact her even though it has been weeks since his passing. I want to thank Stevie, personally, for making me feel like I mattered when it came to saying my good-byes to my father.
